Kathy and Michael Egan return to
Lincoln Memorial Garden to share additional
mushroom knowledge at 1 p.m. on February 1,
2025. This program will be free and open to the
public.
Topics of the second workshop will include
log-grown mushrooms versus compost-grown
mushrooms, ways to incorporate mushrooms
into a diet to capture their vitamin D health
benefits, plus tincture and tea processing and
brewing along with shiitake recipes as examples
of healthy eating. Other fungi topics will be
addressed as well. 
